We do not allow customers to return products. This is because we are only responsible for shipping what the customer has ordered from their supplier or sourcing the goods based on the customer’s requirements. If a customer ships a product through us and does not like it or discovers a defect, they may contact the supplier to arrange returns. If the defect resulted from our team mishandling it, we will take responsibility and work with the customer to resolve the issue. Be assured, we do not take for granted the investments of our customers, so we do everything within our means to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.Â
