Yi Logistics Ghana Ltd., also known as Yi Shipping, is a logistics company that specializes in sourcing and shipping goods from China to Ghana (see About Us). We provide both sea and air freight shipping, pre-order services, warehousing, and customs clearance.
Eligibility
By using our services, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
Pre-Order Service
- Customers can pre-order goods from our catalog or request custom sourcing.
- Full payment or a stated deposit is required to confirm all pre-orders.
- Pre-order processing and sourcing may take 3–7 business days before shipping.
- Once a pre-order is confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted after a certain stage of processing.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is available by sea (45–55 days) or air (7–14 days) depending on the service chosen.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processes, port congestion, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be communicated once goods arrive at our Ghana warehouse.
- Clients are responsible for paying all shipping costs before delivery or pick-up.
- Unpaid shipping fees after 14 days of notification may result in storage fees.
Customs and Duties
- We assist with customs clearance for all shipments.
- Clients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or regulatory charges imposed by Ghana Customs.
- We are not responsible for seized or delayed items due to incorrect documentation or restricted content.
Prohibited Items
Customers must not attempt to ship or pre-order items that are:
- Illegal or restricted under Ghanaian or Chinese law.
- Hazardous, flammable, or toxic substances.
- Counterfeit or pirated products.
We reserve the right to inspect, reject, or report such items.
Returns and Refunds
- Refunds for pre-orders are only issued in cases of supplier error or inability to source the requested product.
- Once an item is sourced and shipped, no refunds will be given.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer defects unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service or shipment.
Account Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
- Any activity under your account will be considered authorized unless reported otherwise.
